Job summary

FINITETEK INC. is seeking a Lead BCBA to establish and oversee a new clinic in Charlotte, NC. The role emphasizes clinical leadership, staff mentorship, and maintaining high-quality ABA services.

The candidate will supervise BCBAs, BTs/RBTs, and other clinicians, develop treatment programs, and ensure ethical practice while collaborating with families and the interdisciplinary team. A strong leader with BACB certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Active BCBA certification through the BACB.
• Experience providing ABA services in a clinical or center-based environment.
• Leadership experience preferred; strong mentoring abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, ethical ABA services in a clinic-based setting.
• Develop, oversee, and update individualized treatment plans and clinical programs.
• Provide supervision, mentorship, and clinical guidance to BCBAs, BTs/RBTs, and other staff.
• Support staff development through training, feedback, and modeling best clinical practices.
• Collaborate with families, clinical leadership, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Monitor client progress and make data-driven treatment recommendations.
• Ensure clinical documentation and programming meet applicable standards.
