Job summary

Triangle ABA in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead in-clinic ABA therapy. You will conduct assessments, develop and supervise treatment plans, and ensure high fidelity of programming while working hands-on with clients and families.

The role requires a Master’s degree, active BCBA certification, and NC licensure with a minimum of 2 years of ABA experience. Exempt, full-time position with a comprehensive benefits package and in-clinic work environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field.
• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Licensure to practice ABA in North Carolina.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Service Delivery & Supervision: conduct assessments, develop plans, supervise staff to ensure high‑fidelity ABA programming.
• Family Engagement: provide in‑person caregiver coaching to support generalization of skills.
• Documentation & Compliance: manage plans of care and updates, ensure timely submissions per funder requirements.
• Outcomes & Innovation: review data, adjust plans, and collaborate to improve service models.
