Triangle ABA in Raleigh, North Carolina, is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead in-clinic ABA therapy. This role emphasizes direct client contact, supervision of RBTs, and collaboration with families to achieve meaningful outcomes for children with autism.

The BCBA will ensure high-fidelity programming, compliance with BACB standards, and effective communication with caregivers and Clinical Director. Join a clinician-owned team committed to quality care.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field.
• Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Licensure to practice ABA in North Carolina.
• Minimum 2 years of ABA therapy experience.
• Strong understanding of payer requirements, authorizations, and compliance timelines.
• Proficient in EMR platforms like CentralReach or similar.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Service Delivery & Supervision — conduct assessments, develop and oversee treatment plans, supervise RBTs and assistants to ensure high-fidelity ABA programming.
• Family Engagement — provide in-person caregiver coaching to support generalization of skills.
• Documentation & Compliance — manage plans of care and updates, ensure timely submissions and funder requirements.
• Outcomes & Innovation — review data, adjust treatment plans, collaborate to improve service models.
