Job summary

Compleat Kidz is seeking a Primary BCBA to lead in-clinic ABA therapy with some remote flexibility in Charlotte, NC. Join a collaborative team of BCBAs, OTs, PTs, and SLPs.

You will mentor BTs/RBTs, manage a direct caseload, and coordinate with families to ensure continuity of care. Requires active BCBA certification, NC licensure or eligibility, and a Master’s in ABA or related field.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification with NC licensure or eligibility.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Excellent communication, leadership and collaboration skills.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a direct caseload of learners.
• Support remote BCBAs to ensure continuity of care.
• Collaborate with families, learners, and BTs/RBTs.
• Serve as the on-site clinical leader—training, mentoring, and managing BTs/RBTs.
