Job summary

Psyctalent is seeking a full-time Clinical BCBA to join our North Carolina team. The candidate will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise staff, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team to deliver evidence-based behavioral health services.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
• BCBA certification required.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical BCBA experience.
• Experience conducting assessments and developing treatment plans for autism and related disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments using standardized tools.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessments.
• Oversee implementation of behavior intervention programs by staff.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Provide training and support to families and caregivers.
• Collaborate with speech, OT, and psychology colleagues.
• Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, plans, progress, and discharge summaries.
• Engage in ongoing professional development.
