Job summary

FINITETEK INC. is seeking a Lead BCBA to establish and oversee a new clinic in Charlotte, NC. The role emphasizes clinical leadership, staff mentorship, and maintaining high-quality ABA services.

The candidate will supervise BCBAs, BTs/RBTs, and other clinicians, develop treatment programs, and ensure ethical practice while collaborating with families and the interdisciplinary team. A strong leader with BACB certification is preferred.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • Active BCBA certification through the BACB.
  • Experience providing ABA services in a clinical or center-based environment.
  • Leadership experience preferred; strong mentoring abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality, ethical ABA services in a clinic-based setting.

Position: Lead BCBA – Clinic-Based ABA Therapy

Location: Charlotte, NC

About the Opportunity

A growing ABA therapy organization is seeking a Lead BCBA to join its new clinic in Charlotte, NC. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced BCBA to help establish clinical excellence, mentor team members, and contribute to the culture and success of a brand-new clinic—while benefiting from the support, systems, and resources of an established organization.

The ideal candidate is a passionate clinician and emerging leader who enjoys collaboration, staff development, and delivering ethical, high-quality ABA services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality, ethical ABA services to clients in a clinic-based setting.
  • Develop, oversee, and update individualized treatment plans and clinical programs.
  • Provide ongoing supervision, mentorship, and clinical guidance to BCBAs, BTs/RBTs, and other team members.
  • Support staff development through training, feedback, and modeling of best clinical practices.
  • Collaborate with families, clinical leadership, and interdisciplinary team members.
  • Monitor client progress and make data-driven treatment recommendations.
  • Ensure clinical documentation and programming meet applicable standards and requirements.
  • Help establish a positive, collaborative, and clinically excellent culture within the new clinic.
  • Contribute ideas and leadership as the clinic grows.
  • Maintain compliance with BACB standards and applicable ethical and professional requirements.
Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • Active BCBA certification through the BACB.
  • Experience providing ABA services in a clinical or center-based environment.
  • Strong clinical judgment and knowledge of evidence-based ABA practices.
  • Demonstrated ability or interest in mentoring and developing other clinicians and direct-care staff.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
  • Commitment to ethical, compassionate, and high-quality client care.
  • Leadership experience is strongly preferred.
