Job summary

Compleat KiDZ in North Carolina seeks a Primary Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead in-clinic care and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. This full-time role offers a $120,000 base salary, relocation assistance, and some remote flexibility.

• Collaborate with families, learners, and BTs/RBTs.
• Serve as the on-site clinical leader—training, mentoring, and managing BTs/RBTs.
