Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA or related field required.
• BCBA certification with at least 2 years supervising ABA programs.
• State licensure in Maryland or pursuing licensure required.
• Experience supervising per BACB standards.
• Experience with early intervention and Verbal Behavior.
• Experience with Skinner's language analysis and ABA programming.
• Experience conducting family trainings and caregiver coaching.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical oversight for a team of technicians and clients.
• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
• Train and supervise RBTs and support staff.
• Collaborate with QA and colleagues to optimize client outcomes.
• Coordinate caregiver training and involvement in progress.
• Lead weekly therapy room meetings and ensure compliance with BACB guidelines.
