Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior support plans.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyses.
• Train and coach staff on behavior analysis principles and data collection.
• Provide clinical consultation and crisis guidance.
• Collaborate with COS/ISP meetings and interdisciplinary teams.
• Ensure documentation adheres to funding-source requirements and policies.
• Lead program development for PSR and IOP.
• Supervise PSR and IOP Coordinator.
• Communicate clinical information clearly to diverse audiences.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
