Job summary

Orange Grove Center is seeking a Behavior Analyst to lead the design, implementation, and oversight of behavior support plans across residential, school, and community settings in Chattanooga, TN. This role requires collaboration with a multidisciplinary team and strong written and verbal communication skills.

The candidate must hold a Master’s in Behavior Analysis or related field and be a licensed BCBA with Tennessee LBA.

Qualifications

• Master’s in Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Tennessee DIDD Approved BA (required).
• Licensed BCBA with Tennessee LBA is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and monitor behavior support plans in residential programs, family homes, day programs, school program, community for students and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• Provide assessments including functional analysis/assessments, risk assessments, preference and reinforcer assessments.
• Be able to function independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
• Teach in varied settings to people with different educational backgrounds; communicate well verbally and in writing.
• Attend COS/ISP meetings and coordinate care with psychiatrists and other team members.
