Qualifications

• Current Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Ability to conduct behavioral assessments and develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior support plans.
• Strong clinical judgment, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, and staff-training skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team.
• Ability to provide consultation, staff supervision, and support in a variety of service settings.
• Commitment to ethical, person-centered practices and positive outcomes for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor individualized behavior support plans across service settings.
• Conduct functional, risk, preference, and reinforcer assessments to guide interventions.
• Train and coach staff on behavior analysis principles and data collection.
• Provide clinical consultation and respond to crises with effective interventions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and families for coordinated care.
• Lead program development and staff supervision within PSR and IOP.
• Ensure compliance, documentation, and safe, ethical practices.
