Job summary

Orange Grove Center seeks a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead and oversee behavioral support across residential, school, and community settings. You will design, implement, and monitor individualized behavior support plans, conduct functional assessments, and provide clinical consultation to promote safety and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification is required.
• Ability to conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior support plans.
• Strong clinical judgment, analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and staff training abilities.
• Ability to work independently and with interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor individualized behavior support plans across settings.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and related analyses.
• Train and coach staff on behavior analysis principles and data collection.
• Provide clinical consultation and respond to crises as needed.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, primary care, and other professionals.
• Lead staff development initiatives and reinforce training.
• Maintain compliance with funding sources and documentation standards.
• Support safety and crisis response per procedures.
• Oversee PSR and IOP program development and budgeting.
• Supervise PSR and IOP Coordinator and support operations.
• Communicate clinical information clearly to individuals and staff.
