Job summary

Community Options, Inc. seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to lead clinical services in Smyrna, TN. The role covers adults in living settings, using ABA and trauma-informed care, with crisis management and staff training responsibilities. Full- and part-time options available.

The BCBA will supervise teams, develop individualized plans, and coordinate care with multiple providers to support individuals with autism, intellectual disability, and mental health needs.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification and Tennessee licensure required.
• Supervising BCBA status with BACB preferred.
• Minimum 2 years creating and implementing behavior plans.

Responsibilities

• Create and oversee function-based treatment plans for teens and adults.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyses.
• Train staff and caregivers on plan implementation.
• Monitor progress, review data, and modify protocols as needed.
• Provide crisis support in-person or remotely when required.
• Participate in treatment team meetings and care coordination.
• Prepare progress reports and complete reviews as needed.
