Job summary

RHA Health Services is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support individuals under Tennessee regulations. The role focuses on behavioral assessments, BSP development and review, and ensuring plans are person-centered and based on evidence.

You will train staff, monitor BSP effectiveness, and document progress while collaborating with psychiatry, nursing, education, and other disciplines. Compliance and ethics are essential to this role.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field (BACB-approved).
• Tennessee Licensed Behavior Analyst credential required.
• Experience with IDD or behavioral health settings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and functional analyses.
• Develop, review, and revise BSPs to promote skill acquisition and reduce challenging behaviors.
• Ensure BSPs are person-centered, evidence-based, and compliant with state IDD regulations.
• Obtain consent and approvals for BSPs from relevant stakeholders.
• Monitor BSP effectiveness and adjust interventions as needed.
• Document assessments, progress notes, and reports.
• Collaborate with psychiatry, nursing, neurology, pharmacy, education, and other disciplines.
