Job summary

Support Solutions in Knoxville, TN seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with TN licensure to lead behavioral assessments and form evidence-based treatment plans. This full-time role offers a competitive salary and a sign-on bonus, with retention incentives after the first years.

Responsibilities include conducting FBAs, developing BSPs, supervising RBTs, and ensuring accurate data collection and reporting in a Medicaid-waiver context.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification with active status is required.
• TN licensure as a Behavior Analyst is required before hire.
• Experience with functional behavioral assessments (FBAs) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and functional analyses to identify functions of behavior.
• Develop Behavior Support Plans to reduce problem behavior.
• Provide training to RBTs and supervise therapy delivery.
• Ensure data graphed monthly and progress reports prepared.
• Maintain timely documentation for billing and service provision.
