Orange Grove Center is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst to develop and monitor individualized behavior support plans across residential, school, and community settings.

You will conduct functional assessments, train staff, provide clinical consultation, and lead program development for PSR and IOP, ensuring ethical, person-centered practices and positive outcomes for individuals with developmental disabilities.

Qualifications

• Master’s in Behavior Analysis or related field required.
• Current BCBA certification required.
• Tennessee DIDD approved BA credential required.

Responsabilités

• Develop individualized behavior support plans and monitor progress.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and risk analyses.
• Train and coach staff on behavior-analytic strategies and data collection.
• Provide clinical consultation and crisis intervention guidance.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, physicians, and other professionals.
• Lead program development for PSR and IOP, including budgeting and staff supervision.
• Ensure compliance with funding-source requirements and documentation standards.
• Support safety initiatives and crisis response procedures.
• Communicate clinical information clearly to diverse teams.
