Formación

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or state-licensed behavior analyst.
• At least one year of ABA experience with autism in home or clinic settings.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee ABA services including assessment, programming, progress monitoring and insurance authorization.
• Ensure standards of care follow state and insurance guidelines.
• Provide treatment recommendations on intensity and modality with families.
• Evaluate and modify treatment using QET measures, and supervise staff to build independent skills.
• Collaborate with clinicians and cross-functional teams; complete reports and insurance reviews.
