Job summary

Caravel Autism Health is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to supervise center and home-based ABA programs for children on the autism spectrum. The role focuses on delivering quality treatment and ensuring compliance with care standards.

The BCBA will oversee assessments, program modifications, parent training, and collaboration with insurers, while mentoring clinical staff with a strong emphasis on outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must be Board Certified Behavior Analyst or a state-licensed behavior analyst.
• At least one year of ABA experience providing services to autistic clients.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ABA treatment services including assessment, programming, progress monitoring, and parent training.
• Ensure standards of care per state and insurance guidelines.
• Provide clinical recommendations on treatment intensity and modality with parents.
• Evaluate and modify treatment using Caravel QET measures.
• Train and supervise clinical staff to ensure high-quality services.
• Collaborate with clinicians and cross-functional team members.
• Complete administrative tasks: reports, insurance reviews, funding forms.
