Ideal candidates bring 2–5 years bartending experience, strong communication, and a guest-first approach. Weekend availability and a commitment to teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of bartending experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Charming and well spoken; customer focused with exceptional tableside service.
• Sense of luxury hospitality and high personal integrity.
• Excellent time management and teamwork to sustain high guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages to guests according to recipes and contracts.
• Stock bar with alcohol, glassware, ice and supplies.
• Work a variety of hours, including weekends.
• Service a full bar top, cocktail station, and dining room orders.
• Transport food and beverages safely to tables.
• Operate knives and blenders and other bar tools; follow safety protocols.
• Communicate effectively in written and spoken directions.
• Multitask calmly in a busy environment.
• Move safely through all restaurant areas.
