Neiman Marcus is seeking a Restaurant Bartender to warmly serve guests, provide menu knowledge, and operate the POS system with professionalism. The role requires strong customer service, the ability to multitask, and adherence to hygiene and safety standards.

You will participate in pre-shift meetings, support bar operations, and work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends at our San Francisco location.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in serving food and beverage.
• Ability to work autonomously.

• Strong knowledge of order of service and table settings.
• Ability to interact graciously with the public and handle multiple duties.

Responsibilities

• Serves and interacts with customers in a professional and gracious manner.
• Provides detailed information about menu items using culinary terminology.
• Supports smooth delivery of bar items via POS / ticket systems.
• Maintains hygiene standards and station cleanliness, including pre-/post-shift tasks.
• Fulfills duties including lifting objects as needed; adheres to safety guidelines.
