Job summary

The Barnes Hotel in San Francisco is seeking an experienced bartender to craft classic cocktails and innovative drinks for guests. You will greet patrons, learn preferences, upsell menu items, and ensure accurate cash handling while maintaining sanitation and smooth service throughout shifts.

Proficiency in English, high energy, and strong communication are essential. Prior high-end hospitality experience and ServSafe certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing bartending experience preferred.
• Ability to upsell and suggest menu items.
• Knowledge of food safety and quality regulations.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests, take drink orders, and make recommendations.
• Plan drink menus and inform customers about new beverages.
