Job summary

Bar Back position at Bar Crenn in San Francisco within Crenn Dining Group. This full-time hourly role offers tips and reports to the Director of Mixology. Previous bar back or fine-dining hospitality experience is preferred, with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Previous bar back or restaurant experience required.
• Experience in high-end hospitality or fine dining preferred.
• Must lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable and punctual with flexible scheduling; evenings and weekends required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Must be 18+ years of age and have basic knowledge of spirits, wine and beer.
• Spanish language ability a plus; uphold food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain bar cleanliness and organization throughout service.
• Stock and replenish bar inventory including spirits, beer, wine, garnishes, and glassware.
• Assist bartenders with ingredient prep and cocktail garnish prep.
• Assist waiter with setup and service readiness.
• Ensure ice bins are filled and beer systems maintained.
• Receive and organize beverage deliveries and conduct inventories.
