Qualifications

• High school or equivalent education required.
• Three years high volume bar/food service experience required.
• At least one year of Supervisory/lead bartender experience preferred.
• Micros experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality, freshly crafted cocktails at high volume with proper technique.
• Take beverage and food orders at the bar and describe menu items to customers.
• Assist in directing beverage programs and manage cost initiatives.
• Train bartending staff on service standards, knowledge and technique.
• Maintain cleanliness and inventory, restock supplies, and ensure equipment is in working order.
