Job summary

Hotel Indigo is seeking a Lead Bartender to oversee daily bar operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience through quality beverage service and professional leadership.

You will train bartenders, assist in beverage program creation, maintain inventory, ensure bar cleanliness, and ensure compliance with alcohol service regulations while modeling hospitality and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Minimum of four years of bartending experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and mixology techniques.
• Ability to mentor FOH staff and maintain service standards.
• Must be 21+ and proficient in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily bar operations and ensure exceptional guest experience.
• Train bartenders and support FOH staff.
• Create cocktails and recipes for menus and specials.
• Maintain organized, fully stocked and clean bar area.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and pricing of bar supplies.
• Ensure compliance with alcohol laws and safety regulations.
