Qualifications

• High-volume bar/food service experience required.
• Must have leadership and team supervisory ability.
• Must be 21+ with Safe Server Alcohol & Food Handlers certification.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality, handcrafted cocktails and supervise staff during shifts.
• Take beverage and food orders at the bar and describe menu items.
• Direct beverage programs, build high-margin offerings, and manage par levels.
• Train bartending staff on service standards, product knowledge, and technique.
