Job summary

White Lodging Services, Inc. is seeking a Lead Bartender to join our hospitality team in West Lafayette, Indiana. The role emphasizes high-quality service, knowledge of menu items, and daily training support for fellow associates.

You will work with a focus on guest connections, efficient bar operations, and strict adherence to safety and overservice policies. This position requires prior bartending experience and a readiness to work weekends and holidays in a fast-paced hotel bar environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead bartending duties and assist teammates with daily tasks

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• The Lead Bartender will be responsible for additional training duties, as well as supporting the other associates with the daily tasks assigned
• Provide high-quality service to all guests, creating personal connections through friendly conversation intuitive suggestions, and engaging surroundings
• Maintain high cleaning standards of the bar and do daily cleaning and side work
• Be knowledgeable of all menu items, contents, preparation methods, and garnishes. Accurately answer any guest questions
• Ensure guest satisfaction with food and drink quality and presentation
• Process all payment methods and complete end-of-shift paperwork
• Promote teamwork and contribute to creating a friendly and safe work environment
• I.D all guests and monitor beverage consumption as to not overserve
• Perform other duties as assigned
