White Lodging Services, Inc. seeks an experienced bartender for our hotel bar team. You will craft cocktails, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and thrive in a fast-paced, upscale bar environment.

The role emphasizes knowledge of drinks, guest engagement, and responsible service. Previous hotel, restaurant, or rooftop bar experience is preferred, with training available for the right candidate.

• Outgoing, social personality with passion for hospitality and guest service.
• Attention to detail from cocktail presentation to guest satisfaction.
• Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team.
• Previous bartending experience in hotel/restaurant/rooftop bars is preferred; training available.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality bar service to guests with friendly conversation and recommendations.
• Maintain a clean, organized bar station and complete daily side work.
• Demonstrate knowledge of cocktails, beers, wines, and garnishes; answer guest questions confidently.
• Ensure consistent food and beverage quality and presentation.
• Process payments and reconcile at end of shift.
• Promote teamwork and a safe work environment.
• Monitor responsible alcohol service and compliance with liquor laws.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

• Deliver high-quality bar service to all guests — building personal connections through friendly conversation, intuitive drink recommendations, and a welcoming atmosphere
• Maintain a clean, organized bar station; complete daily bar cleaning and side work to health and safety standards
• Demonstrate expert knowledge of the full cocktail menu, beer and wine selections, ingredients, preparation methods, and garnishes — confidently answering guest questions
• Ensure consistent food and beverage quality and presentation that meets guest expectations every time
• Accurately process all payment methods — cash, card, and digital — and complete end-of-shift reconciliation
• Promote teamwork and contribute to a safe, positive work environment
• Card all guests and monitor responsible alcohol service to prevent overservice and ensure liquor law compliance
• Perform other duties as assigned
