White Lodging Services, Inc. seeks an experienced bartender to join our hotel bar team. You will craft cocktails, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and thrive in a high-energy, upscale bar environment across premium hotels and rooftop venues.

We’re looking for candidates with bartending experience, strong knowledge of drink recipes, and a passion for hospitality. Training is available for the right candidate, with opportunities in multiple properties and markets.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality bar service to guests and build connections.
• Maintain a clean, organized bar station; perform daily side work per health standards.
• Demonstrate knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, ingredients, and garnishes; answer guest questions.
• Ensure consistent food and beverage quality and presentation.
• Handle payments (cash, card, digital) and end-of-shift reconciliation.
• Promote teamwork and maintain a safe, positive work environment.

What You'll Do

• Deliver high-quality bar service to all guests — building personal connections through friendly conversation, intuitive drink recommendations, and a welcoming atmosphere
• Maintain a clean, organized bar station; complete daily bar cleaning and side work to health and safety standards
• Demonstrate expert knowledge of the full cocktail menu, beer and wine selections, ingredients, preparation methods, and garnishes — confidently answering guest questions
• Ensure consistent food and beverage quality and presentation that meets guest expectations every time
• Accurately process all payment methods — cash, card, and digital — and complete end-of-shift reconciliation
• Promote teamwork and contribute to a safe, positive work environment
• Card all guests and monitor responsible alcohol service to prevent overservice and ensure liquor law compliance
• Perform other duties as assigned
