White Lodging is seeking an experienced cocktail server for our lobby bar team. Evening availability from 4:00 PM until close is required, including weekends. The role offers advanced scheduling and shift-swapping via our app to support balance with your personal passions.

You’ll provide outstanding guest service, know the menu in depth, and maintain a professional appearance while promoting teamwork in a lively hotel environment.

• Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guest satisfaction with food and drink quality and presentation.

• Maintain a neat, professional appearance as an ambassador of the establishment.

Summary: We are looking for an experienced cocktail server to join our lobby bar team. Evening availability from 4:00 PM until close is required, including weekends. Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

• Provide high-quality service to all guests, creating personal connections through friendly conversation, intuitive suggestions, and engaging surroundings.
• Complete all necessary setup, side work, and closing duties.
• Be knowledgeable of all menu items, contents, preparation methods, and garnishes; accurately answer any guest questions.
• Ensure guest satisfaction with food and drink quality and presentation.
• Promote teamwork and contribute to creating a friendly and safe work environment.
• Process all payment methods and complete end-of-shift paperwork.
• Maintain a neat and professional personal appearance as an ambassador of our establishment.
• Anticipate guest needs and deliver exemplary hospitality.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
