White Lodging in Indiana is hiring a Lead Bartender to deliver high-quality guest service and support bar operations. You will know the menu, maintain cleanliness, and help the team while embracing scheduling flexibility via our app.

Strong bartending experience and a positive, team-first attitude are required. You should be able to work fast-paced shifts, including weekends and holidays, and help create a welcoming guest environment across properties.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience required for a Lead Bartender.
• Demonstrated ability to provide high-quality service and engage guests.

Responsibilities

• Lead bartender duties including training support and assisting teammates with daily tasks.
• Provide high-quality service to all guests with friendly conversation and intuitive suggestions.
• Maintain bar cleanliness and perform daily cleaning and side work.
• Know menu items, contents, preparation methods, and garnishes; answer guest questions accurately.
• Ensure guest satisfaction with food and drink quality and presentation.
• Process all payment methods and complete end-of-shift paperwork.
• Promote teamwork and maintain a friendly, safe work environment.
• ID guests and monitor beverage service to avoid overserving.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Do

• The Lead Bartender will be responsible for additional training duties, as well as supporting the other associates with the daily tasks assigned


• Provide high-quality service to all guests, creating personal connections through friendly conversation intuitive suggestions, and engaging surroundings


• Maintain high cleaning standards of the bar and do daily cleaning and side work


• Be knowledgeable of all menu items, contents, preparation methods, and garnishes. Accurately answer any guest questions


• Ensure guest satisfaction with food and drink quality and presentation


• Process all payment methods and complete end-of-shift paperwork


• Promote teamwork and contribute to creating a friendly and safe work environment


• I.D all guests and monitor beverage consumption as to not overserve


• Perform other duties as assigned
