Qualifications

• Cash handling experience preferred with strong basic math skills and numerical accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities.
• Willingness to travel to various banking center locations across the region as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience by building relationships and providing financial wellness guidance.
• Open/close accounts, process transactions, and resolve inquiries with accuracy.
• Identify opportunities to deepen customer relationships and refer to internal partners.
• Collaborate with team to meet branch goals and support growth.
• Handle and reconcile cash, checks, and negotiables; maintain vault, ATM, and coin machine responsibilities.
