Nothing Bundt Cakes is seeking a Shift Manager to lead bakery operations during assigned shifts, coach team members, and ensure every guest receives outstanding service while upholding our standards for quality, cleanliness, and teamwork.

The ideal candidate brings leadership and strong customer service skills, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can manage opening/closing duties, cash handling, and daily reporting with reliability and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Leadership or supervisory experience in retail/food service.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate team to deliver guest experiences.
• Oversee daily bakery operations and shift execution.
• Coach, train, and support team members.
• Assist with opening/closing, cash handling, and daily reporting.
• Ensure food safety, sanitation, and brand standards.
• Support guest service, decoration, frosting, and production as needed.
• Address guest concerns professionally and resolve issues promptly.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs to management.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented culture reflecting the brand.
