Aspire Bakeries in Chaska, MN is seeking a Lead, Bakery Production to coordinate daily production activities, support teams, and ensure safety, quality, and productivity targets are achieved across the bakery floor.

In this role you will lead production teams during the 2nd shift (2:45 PM – 11:00 PM), monitor operations, uphold GMPs, manage records, and drive continuous improvement while preserving food safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read, write and communicate effectively in English.
• Knowledge of GMPs and food safety standards required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily production activities to meet scheduled targets.
• Lead production teams in safe and efficient manufacturing processes.
• Monitor product quality and processing performance for consistency.
• Ensure adherence to food safety, GMP, and workplace safety rules.
• Identify and escalate equipment performance issues to minimize downtime.
• Complete and maintain accurate production, quality, and operational records.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, productivity, and waste reduction.
