Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 3+ years of supervisory experience in food manufacturing or production.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication and training abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to learn and utilize SAP ERP.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production operations to achieve safety, quality, productivity, and customer service objectives.
• Supervise and develop production Team Members through coaching, training, performance feedback, and engagement.
• Ensure compliance with all food safety, quality, regulatory, and company policies and procedures.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, product quality, and cost performance.
• Monitor and analyze production, labor, and material performance to support goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to resolve production challenges and maintain workflow.
• Promote a safe workplace by identifying risks, investigating incidents, and implementing corrective actions.
