You will supervise the 3rd shift on weekends, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain efficient workflow and high product quality in a fast-paced bakery environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience in a food manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ability to learn SAP/ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production operations to achieve safety, quality, productivity, and customer service objectives.
• Supervise and develop production team members through coaching and training.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, regulatory, and company policies.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance efficiency, product quality, and cost performance.
• Monitor production, labor, and material performance to meet goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to resolve challenges and maintain workflow.
• Foster a safe workplace by identifying risks and implementing corrective actions.
