Aspire Bakeries is seeking a Lead, Bakery Production for our Chaska, MN bakery. You will coordinate daily production, lead teams, and ensure safety, quality, and productivity goals are met. This role drives efficient production flow while upholding GMP standards and food safety, with a focus on continuous improvement.

Work 2nd shift, 2:45 PM–11:00 PM, weekends required. Hourly pay range $23.75–$24.80 reflects experience in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of food manufacturing, production, or related industry experience.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily production activities to achieve scheduled production targets.
• Lead production teams in safe and efficient execution of manufacturing processes.
• Monitor product quality and processing performance to maintain consistency and compliance standards.
• Promote adherence to food safety, GMP, and workplace safety requirements.
• Identify and escalate equipment performance issues to minimize downtime.
• Complete and maintain accurate production, quality, and operational records.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, productivity, and waste reduction.
