Job summary

Aspire Bakeries LLC is seeking a Production Supervisor for our Chaska, MN bakery's 2nd shift. You will lead daily production operations, ensure safety, food safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, and drive performance to meet customer standards.

You will develop and coach team members, coordinate with cross-functional groups, and pursue continuous improvement initiatives to boost efficiency, product quality, and cost effectiveness.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience in food manufacturing or production.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
• Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, and training skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to learn and utilize ERP systems such as SAP.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production operations to meet safety, quality, productivity, and customer service goals.
• Supervise and develop production Team Members through coaching and training.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, regulatory, and company policies.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance efficiency, product quality, and cost.
• Monitor production, labor, and material performance to meet goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve challenges.
• Promote a safe workplace by identifying risks and corrective actions.
