University of Wisconsin Hospitals and Clinics Authority is seeking a Lead Baker to provide leadership and direction to bakery staff. The role involves overseeing production, ensuring standards, and coordinating with the baking team on items that require advanced skill.
Shifts run 11:00am–7:30pm with weekend differential and 100% FTE. The position requires bakery experience, with culinary training preferred and a ServSafe certification within six months.
Work Schedule: 100% FTE, Hours are 11:00am-730pm. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. This position includes a shift and weekend differential.
