Job summary

WME seeks a Lead Infrastructure Architect to design and evolve global technology platforms across cloud and hybrid environments. You will partner with security, engineering, and IT teams to implement scalable, secure infrastructure with emphasis on Azure and IaC practices.

You will help set architecture standards, roadmaps, and governance, balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution in a fast-paced enterprise. This role reports to the Sr. Global Director based in Beverly Hills.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering, cloud architecture, or related technical roles
• Strong experience designing and supporting Microsoft Azure environments, including networking, compute, identity, and governance services
• Experience developing infrastructure standards, reference architectures, or technical best practices
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code and automation concepts
• Working knowledge of security and compliance frameworks such as CIS Benchmarks, NIST, or similar standards
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience contributing to cloud modernization, infrastructure transformation, or operational improvement initiatives
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with practical execution in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated, collaborative, and passionate about solving complex technical challenges

Responsibilities

• Design and evolve infrastructure solutions across cloud and hybrid environments, with a primary focus on Microsoft Azure. Establish architecture standards, reference designs, and best practices that support scalability, reliability, and security across the organization.
• Partner with infrastructure and engineering teams to modernize existing systems and improve operational efficiency. Promote Infrastructure as Code, automation, and repeatable design patterns that reduce manual effort and improve consistency.
• Collaborate with security teams to support modern identity and access management practices, including Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, and Zero Trust principles. Ensure architectural decisions align with security and compliance requirements.
• Contribute to infrastructure roadmaps and technology planning efforts by evaluating current-state environments, identifying improvement opportunities, and recommending scalable solutions aligned with business priorities.
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor across infrastructure initiatives, partnering with engineering, security, and operations teams to evaluate technologies, guide design decisions, and drive alignment on architectural standards.
• Provide Architectural Guidance Across Key Infrastructure Domains, Including Cloud and hybrid infrastructure, Compute and virtualization, Networking, Identity and access management, Monitoring and automation, Shared services and enterprise integrations.
• Support adherence to established security and compliance frameworks. Partner with infrastructure and security stakeholders to ensure solutions align with organizational standards and risk management practices.
