WME is seeking a Lead Infrastructure Architect to help design and evolve the technology platforms that support our global business. This role will partner closely with infrastructure, security, and engineering teams to develop scalable, secure, and operationally efficient solutions across cloud and hybrid environments.
The ideal candidate brings strong experience in Azure-based infrastructure, cloud modernization, and technical architecture, with the ability to balance long-term planning and hands‑on problem solving. You will play a key role in establishing infrastructure standards, improving operational maturity, and helping shape the future direction of WME's technology ecosystem.
This role reports to WME’s Sr. Global Director of Infrastructure and Enterprise Solutions based in Beverly Hills, CA.
Design and evolve infrastructure solutions across cloud and hybrid environments, with a primary focus on Microsoft Azure. Establish architecture standards, reference designs, and best practices that support scalability, reliability, and security across the organization.
Partner with infrastructure and engineering teams to modernize existing systems and improve operational efficiency. Promote Infrastructure as Code, automation, and repeatable design patterns that reduce manual effort and improve consistency.
Collaborate with security teams to support modern identity and access management practices, including Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, and Zero Trust principles. Ensure architectural decisions align with security and compliance requirements.
Contribute to infrastructure roadmaps and technology planning efforts by evaluating current‑state environments, identifying improvement opportunities, and recommending scalable solutions aligned with business priorities.
Serve as a trusted technical advisor across infrastructure initiatives, partnering with engineering, security, and operations teams to evaluate technologies, guide design decisions, and drive alignment on architectural standards.
Support adherence to established security and compliance frameworks. Partner with infrastructure and security stakeholders to ensure solutions align with organizational standards and risk management practices.
Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the rate shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job‑related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Hiring Rate Minimum: $142,500 annually (minimum will not fall below the applicable state/local minimum salary thresholds) Hiring Rate Maximum: $190,000 annually
