Blue Origin is seeking an Avionics Hardware Engineering Manager in Denver to lead a team delivering electrical hardware for Lunar Landers. You will guide architecture, oversee life‑cycle development, and drive safety and quality in a fast‑paced, mission‑driven environment.

You will mentor engineers, manage performance, and align efforts with Blue Origin’s vision for sustainable spaceflight, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, or related disciplines.
• Excellent verbal, written, and graphical communication skills.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary development projects and coach others.
• Strong understanding of hardware engineering principles and concepts.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, lead, and own upgraded analog and digital avionic designs for lunar landers.
• Own architecture of hardware and firmware designs across product life cycle, from concept to production.
• Lead architecture trade studies, performance characterization, and roadmap direction.
• Conduct design risk analyses (FMECA), DFx, root-cause analysis of test discrepancies.
• Communicate development status, risks, and challenges to management.
• Mentor and develop team members, promoting Blue Origin leadership principles.
