You will diagnose hardware and software problems, perform root-cause analysis, maintain AV/VC systems, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure 99% uptime and seamless events for high-profile staff.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing on-site AV/VC support and maintenance.
