Atrium Hospitality seeks an AV Technician Lead to oversee setup, operation, and breakdown of AV for meetings and events at the San Marcos location. You will train and schedule staff, ensure flawless event support, and coordinate with vendors to deliver top-notch experiences.

We value hands-on AV expertise, leadership potential, and a collaborative spirit; a HS diploma is preferred and basic MS Office skills are required.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of AV experience required.
• 2+ years of AV or banquet experience and leadership background (preferred).
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and schedule AV techs to ensure flawless event support; set up, operate, and break down AV equipment.
• Track inventory, manage equipment maintenance, and keep gear in top form.
• Collaborate with banquet teams, vendors, and clients to bring Banquet Event Orders to life.
