Qualifications

• 6+ months AV experience required.
• 2+ years AV or banquet experience and leadership background preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and schedule AV techs for flawless event support.
• Set up, operate, and breakdown AV equipment for meetings and events.
• Track inventory and manage equipment maintenance.
• Collaborate with banquet teams, vendors, and clients to execute Banquet Event Orders.
• Coach the team and ensure accountability for AV success.
