Qualifications

• Hands-on expertise with enterprise UC and video conferencing platforms (Teams/Zoom).
• Experience with room control, VRU/endpoint systems, bridging services, VoIP.
• Strong networking fundamentals and IP know-how.
• Proven leadership: 3+ years supervising a tech team; 5+ years in related roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 4 specialists to deliver high‑quality conference experiences.
• Shift from reactive support to a documented, repeatable discipline with policies and escalation paths.
• Maintain asset inventory and lifecycle for new meeting spaces.
• Provide recurring leadership reports on activity, failures, resolutions, and trends.
• Coordinate cross-region meetings when international offices join.
