Job summary

Waveguide seeks a Lead Technology Advocate to manage daily AV/IT operations in our fast-paced conference center setting. You will coordinate, execute and support audiovisual systems for executive, educational and routine meetings, ensuring seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.

You will test and maintain equipment, manage assets, and provide end-user training on presentation tech, while generating monthly usage reports and handling escalation when needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years audiovisual technology management experience.
• 3–5 years AV/presentation technologies experience.
• 3–5 years customer service experience.
• Solid operation and troubleshooting knowledge of AV and videoconferencing tech.
• CTS certification by InfoComm preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee testing, maintenance, asset management, operation and teardown of AV and videoconference equipment.
• Provide best-effort assistance to fulfill audiovisual requirements.
• Submit monthly room usage and maintenance reports.
• Maintain ticketing and issue resolution logs for assets.
• Support videoconference setup, training, troubleshooting and escalation as needed.
• Educate end users on presentation technologies.
