Group 1001 is seeking an AV & Conference Services Engineer to enhance the AV experience at our Zionsville, Indiana office. The successful candidate will take ownership of conference room technology, ensuring seamless operations across Microsoft Teams and Zoom.

The role involves engineering and maintaining AV systems, event support, and collaborating with various departments to provide exceptional service during high-stakes meetings. Preferred qualifications include experience in event production and certifications in relevant AV technologies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in enterprise AV and conferencing environments.
• Familiar with network configuration and identity management.
• Experience in event production and live direction.

Responsibilities

• Own the AV and conference room experience.
• Engineer and maintain Microsoft Teams Rooms and Zoom Rooms.
• Provide white-glove event support for high-visibility meetings.
