Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) seeks a Lead Technician to diagnose drivability and electrical systems, lead a team, and enhance customer care. The role offers a $3,000 sign-on bonus for first-time hires and a flat-rate pay model with a base hourly range of $27.77–$40.87 in this region.

The job emphasizes leadership, technical training, ASE certification pursuit, and delivering high-quality service. Strong brakes/diagnostics skills and ASE plans are preferred.

Qualifications

• Brake diagnosis/repair experience.
• Electrical/electronic systems knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to communicate technical info to non-technical people.
• Leadership and mentoring skills are valued.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications (brakes, electrical, suspension, A/C, etc).
• Explain diagnoses and repairs to customers clearly.
• Pursue ongoing paid formal training to stay current.
• Assist and mentor technicians in performing tasks.
• Aim to obtain ASE certs in at least five areas within two years (company pays tests).
