Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking a Senior Technician to diagnose drivability and electrical systems while guiding a team toward enhanced customer care. The role offers a $2000 sign-on bonus for new hires and a pay range of $22.66–$37.40 per hour, with flat-rate pay reflecting region productivity.

Candidates must maintain valid driver’s license, demonstrate skills in brakes, hydraulics, and steering/suspension, and pursue ASE certifications with company support.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license and ability to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Experience with brakes, hydraulics, steering, suspension, and alignments is preferred.
• Reading, writing and math skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair brake, hydraulic, exhaust, ignition, electrical, suspension, and A/C systems.
• Explain diagnoses and repairs to non-mechanics clearly.
• Stay current with automotive technology through paid training.
• Assist and train technicians as needed.
• Pursue ASE certifications within two years of employment with company-paid fees.
