Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is hiring a Lead Technician to diagnose drivability and electrical systems and lead a team toward excellent customer care. A $2,000 sign-on bonus is offered for first-time hires, with a pay range of $26.45–$54.24 per hour.

Qualifications

• Ability to diagnose and repair brake, hydraulic, exhaust, ignition, electrical, suspension and A/C systems.
• Ability to explain diagnoses and repairs to non-technical customers.
• Commitment to ongoing training and earning ASE certifications.
• Must have valid driver’s license and ability to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Reading, writing and math skills needed for technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair systems to specifications.
• Explain technical findings to customers clearly.
• Stay current with evolving automotive tech through paid training.
• Assist and mentor technicians in performing tasks.
• Pursue ASE certifications (A1–A8) within two years; tests paid by company.
